Sorry it took so long, but this was difficult to make and we wanted to make sure it was correctly done well and as comprehensive as possible…but now we’ve added male-to-female size conversion charts for crossdressing.
Subtract 21 inches from the waist measurement of pants to convert it into
the women’s pant size.
Measure under your arms and around the fullest part of your chest. It is
best to wear your breast forms when measuring.
The bust size is the most important measure when buying dresses and blouses.
Measure around the smallest part of your waistline. Again, measurements
should be made wearing the appropriate foundation garments.
The waist size is the most important measure when purchasing skirts.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, usually about 7 to 8 inches
below your waist.

Male-to-Female Shoe Sizing:
Find your size on the chart and compare.
Measure around your ribs, just below your bust keeping tape snug – not
tight. Add 4 ” to that measurement to get your bra size.
If your total is an odd number add 1 (only even sizes are sold).
Measuring Cup Size:
Step 1: Measure over the fullest part of your bust, keep tape level but don’t pull tight.
Step 2: Take measurement from first step and subtract your bra size and use
the difference in the chart below.
